ESPI promotes Earth Day 2007 at Crossgates Mall
Energy Service Providers, Inc. (ESPI) provided more than 100 Compact Fluorescent Lamps, and 100 trees to shoppers at the Crossgates Mall on April 22nd to celebrate Earth Day and the Grand Opening of their retail kiosk within the mall that sells and promotes energy saving products such as CFL’s.
CFL’s use 66% less energy and last 7-10 times longer than traditional incandescent bulbs. “Replacing traditional light bulbs with CFL’s is the single easiest way for residential customers to reduce their energy usage. We felt this was the perfect way to give our customers an opportunity to see that the type of light is the same as what they are used to and that it’s a smart choice for the lighting of their home that will not only save them money, but help protect the environment.” Frank Lewis, president and CEO of ESPI stated.
